FRIENDS OF SCITUATE FACTS SCHOLARSHIP (YOUTH)
Beginning in 2020, the non-profit booster organization, the Friends of Scituate FACTS, will offer two scholarships to Scituate students graduating from high school. Common application will be available through SHS in March, awards announced in May.

HAPPY CLUB (YOUTH)
Volunteer Opportunity at Scituate High School
New after-school club to provide volunteer opportunities for SHS students to get involved with the mission of Scituate FACTS. Students will work on projects with two Scituate High School teachers, Steve Maguire and Phil Blake. Projects may include social events, social media campaigns, Ship Shape Day, and advocating at the State House. SHS students may see Mr. Blake to join the Google Classroom! OPEN COALITION MEETING (ALL AGES)
Volunteer Opportunity for Community Members
Open Coalitions Meetings are held 4-5 times per year at the Scituate Town Library. Open Coalition Meetings are an opportunity to learn more about Coalition strategies and volunteer opportunities: All members of our community are welcome to attend and participate. VIEW ON CALENDAR

SCITUATE FACTS CAMP (YOUTH)
Volunteer Opportunity at Scituate High School
Two-day opportunity for high school students to earn community service hours. Participants discuss local substance use problems and learn ways they can help address them. Young people will brainstorm solutions and learn how to advocate for public health policy change.
